We treat our customers equally and want to do business with everyone under the same terms:

• All Sales are Final

• Purchased Items must be collected within TWO BUSINESS DAYS, otherwise they are subject to resale. 

• 24 hour holds on items in the shop (so you have time to think and measure)

• 48 hour approval period to try any piece in your home prior to purchase.  NOTE: Payment details are taken before taking any goods and if we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the item(s) will be considered sold & will process payment in full.  You must call or email us within 48 hours if you plan to return any items taken on approval.

Privacy Policy

We respect the privacy of our customers, so any information related to you or your purchases are strictly proprietary.  We will not badger you with unnecessary information; only what we feel would be of genuine interest to you.
